In 1761 musicians from Salisbury travelled to join singers in Wimborne to perform Alexander’s Feast for the Friendly Society of Wimborne Minster. As part of a day of celebration of Wimborne’s heritage we are recreating this event, with the period instrument orchestra Salisbury Baroque.
