Take part in 16thC French and English dances

Get active with 16thC dances from England, Italy and France: from fast to slow, simple to complex. Taught by experienced Historical Dance Society tutor. Live music on period instruments by early music trio Doves Figary. Wear costume if you wish, or elegant clothes - not mandatory. No previous experience or partner needed. Light flexible footwear advised.
Class fee includes tea and cake afterwards in private NT apartment. Feel free to come early and explore the property, or enjoy listening from 11am-12pm to an informal recital of hammer dulcimer by Tony Oxley. No extra charge. NB, lunch not provided but can be bought in NT restaurant.
Class fee includes free entry to entire property even if you're not NT members.
