Learn 16thC French, English and Italian dances

A class taught by experienced Historical Dance Society tutor Ann Hinchliffe, on a variety of 16thC dances from slow to fast and simple to complex. No previous experience needed; no costume or partner needed. Light flexible footwear advised, and warm clothes; class is in unheated Library, as seen on TV in Wolf Hall.
Recorded music on period instruments will be used; some dances will be repeated on Sat 11 and Sun 12 Jan at the same venue with live period music. Feel free to stay in the afternoon [nb, lunch not provided] and take part or listen to an informal folk session in the same room.
Class fee includes free entry to entire property even if you're not NT members.
